This is a horrible place. They are rude and uncaring. I’ve been twice with my new kitten and I will never return again. My precious kitty was simply whisked away from me on my second time there and taken to a back room. He was given a shot by someone other than Dr. Russell and brought back to me. The incredibly rude young man who works there brought my cat back in his carrier. He swung and twisted the carrier all the way! Going to the vet is scary enough for an animal, without treating them like a sack of potatoes. Despicable place! Go anywhere else than here. ...read more
