The Gig Harbor office of West Sound Workforce should be ashamed of themselves! The receptionist, working 1/16/13 at 11:44am, was offensive, argumentative, and downright belligerent to patrons. I would recommend that the “powers that be” should take a good hard look at who represents them on the front lines and if they want to further their business they might want to give some basic customer service classes to their own employees. ...read more
