This companies inability to show any civility at all must be its morning meeting battle cry. They took lesons from Scrooge before his ephinay! They do nothing to inform legally what they are doing or why they are doing what they do. They seem to be above the law and actuually must be a nightmare for their clients who get a lot of bad press because of thier business practices. I agree with the other two comments regarding their rudeness and how they want it all or nothing. They tell me that they will not do payments and are very pushy. However, I explained to them that I am also trying to pay two other creditors so if they want payment from me, I am willing to offer them a higher payment than the other two; however, I cannot pay in full....thus, take it or leave it was their only option. Took me to court because Coupeville hospital charged me $1600.00 to sit and get cat scans and x-rays just so I could get a $70.00 prescription. I asked repeatedly for costs before services but the doctor couldn't give the prices and thought I must have the x-rays and cat scans. I couldn't pay - I owed, although the price was unfair. Allied Credit Comany got the collection account. I begged to work with them but they wouldn't. They wanted it all or nothing - they wouldn't take partial payments and wanted to take my house and everything in it.
