With all that is said against funeral directors, nothing negative can be stated about this one. Michael Lanza, served our family at a time of great loss. My sister-in-law passed away at the age of 42, my brother was devistated to say the least. A friend of our neighbor suggested we contact Michael, and inquire about services. Michael was compasionate, kind and considerate making sure my brother and his daughters were involved in every aspect of the funeral. Unlike two other funeral directors we contacted, Michael didn't hide any additional costs and didn't pressure or make us feel guilty about the selections we made. I live in Issaquah, and was relieved to know that his serves are available anywhere in western Washington. I know that when we loose our parents, who currently live in west Seattle, Michael will once again serve our family.
