Barnoli Moving, President/Owner/Operator Sean T. McElroy moved us March15, 2009. The carelessly dropped and damaged our hot tub in front of our eyes. Sean McElroy admitted liability and committed to us and repairman that he would pay to get it fixed. He then became totally non – responsive to phone calls and all attempts from us and the repair company to contact him. Damage approximates $800. Upon research, Barnoli Moving, since 2007, does not have a valid business license 602 236 297 which they advertise on their web site of having. Additionally, they have received numerous citations for violations from the Utilities and Transportation Commission. We have filed complaints with the Utilities and Transportation Commission and Department of Revenue and am pursuing legal actions.
