The management is shady and not capable of conducting their business in the ethical manner. I purchased a bedroom furniture, part of which was delivered with more than a month of delay and all items arrived physically damaged. I refused to take delivery, documented all damages and sent a proof to the store manager (see the Photo section in the store’s Yelp profile). All furniture was returned to the store. The store manager has agreed to order the replacement. After two months of wait and zero progress with getting the replacement and the rest of the items, I realized that my time is being wasted and attempted to cancel my order. The manager has failed to comply and never responded to my request for a refund. The complaint was turned over to BBB, and guess what? The manager now claims that the furniture that was delivered to me has been free from any defects. They are now refusing to refund my money, which prompts to report these thieves to the Police and Credit Card Company. In summary, they never delivered the furniture but kept the money. I have given savvy mattress outlet in Everett 5 glowing stars for a reason. First and foremost the pricing was off the wall. I just drove away with a $1900 mattress ( Serta ) for $328 after tax!\t\n\t\nNow low prices are great, but the service I received was also fantastic. The sales / manager (Ross) was very friendly, and answered all of my questions right away. He showed a high level of professionalism and it was clear he took his business seriously. At no point did I get the run-around or feel any pressure to buy (I would have swiftly fond the exit - I have been in sales and have no tolerance for underhanded tactics.)\t\n\t\nI will be recommending savvy mattress to all of my friends and family when it comes time for them to purchase a new mattress! ...read more

Ownership has changed hands as of 12/26/2010. We purchased a bedroom set from this company on 12/28/10. When we got it home, it was damaged. We called the company and they said that "all furniture gets inspected in front of the buyer before it leaves the store." No one opened the furniture boxes or inspected anything in front of us when we picked up our furniture. Two high school kids loaded our furniture up for us (because the delivery service they use was going to charge us several hundred dollars to take our furniture 2 miles away). This is a shady operation. Do not purchase furniture from this business! They have no concern for customer service or any sort of reputation within our community! They are refusing to take any sort of responsibility and now we've paid $800 for a piece of cracked furniture. ...read more
