I wish this had minus zero stars for an option but unfortunately I had to choose something We recently purchased an appliance through this Cheney WA Sears location and were promised a delivery rebate. We had to almost beg to have it delivered after a holiday, and when it came time for the rebate, the owner of the Cheney location, denied it to us. He went back on the word of the employees, giving his location a bad name, in my mind. I seriously DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. I love Sears, but unfortunately, I would now rather drive to Spokane, even Idaho than step foot into that location EVER AGAIN. I am extremely disappointed in their business practices.
