Mr Harvey was recommended to me very highly by Jill Pauli of Island Green Clean. My wife contracted for a follow up cleaning after Island green clean did an initial 12 hr deep clean 2 weeks prior. We both work and Mr Harvey had been part of the original crew so we felt comfortable leaving a key and the check for his services along with contact information. When I arrived home 6 hours later I was shocked to find dust still on the furniture and the floors so poorly mopped I could see every place he skipped at a glance. I called both Mr Harvey and getting no response also Ms Paulie. It took 5 days before I heard from Ms Paulie who did express her regrets and I have never received a call from Mr Harvey. They did an excellent job of cleaning my roof and gutters and cleaned up the entire area when done.. very professional and very good rates as well.. I would use them again and plan on doing so very soon. ...read more
