Monday morning I woke up to find I had a screw in my tire. I went to my computer and looked up my local Les Schwab Tire store. I noticed the reviews were not good, so I scrolled on down to this store. Bothell is where I work, so I drove there instead. Since I read the reviews and then decided to go to the Bothell store to have my tire fixed I thought it only right I come back and write my review. \t\nI was able to drive in on my tire and when I arrived I was shocked to see that they actually came out to my car to see what I needed. I thought that only happened on tv. \t\nThey fixed my tire and then did something that I thought was really nice. They asked to see my spare. The guy wanted to make sure it was aired up and in good shape. He explained that sometimes the spare gets neglected and is sitting in the trunk un-useable. He was thinking ahead. Do they teach that to their employees? \t\nThe manager was out of the store and this store ran like a well oiled machine. I asked to see him, but was told he was on vacation. I was a bit shocked when the guy I was working with pointed to one of the other managers. He was the guy who ran to my car (dark hair). I thought that was great!!!!!!!! The other man in charge (light hair) was working on a car. Seriously, they were working as hard as their employees. \t\nI see experience in this bunch and you can not fake such hard work and experience. It shows here at this store. I was looking at them while I waited, mostly becuase I had read positive reviews. I wanted to watch them and I did. \t\nIf the Les Schwab owners ever see this review: Please note. Your store is excellent. Your employees work hard. Your employees thought of me and my safety, even when they were not going to make money off the transaction. You trained this team well. Customer service is not dead-it is at Bothell Les Schwab and it's alive and well. \t\nI think my experience with them on Monday was the norm for this store. It wasn't a fluke I had a good experience. I will now come to the Bothell Les Schwab across from Chevron on Bothell-Everett Hwy. to do all of my tire needs. Worth the drive. ...read more
