I was having back trouble so came in to see Dr. Day. She ordered some tests and they called to tell me I had a slipped disc and degenerative disc disease. I saw a specialist that has me going to physical therapy, but they couldn't me in for almost 2 weeks. My pain was so severe that I called Dr. Day to see if and MRI could be ordered, she had her nurse call me and say I would have to come in to be measured. Measured??? Are you kidding me? I have had 8 MRI's and not once has a doctor told me that I needed to be measured first.. MRI's go up to 350 lb capacity and I am nowhere near that size...and I have never had a problem coming close to not fitting. Perhaps Dr. Day should do her research first before saying these kinds of things to patients, it is so absurd and extremely insensitive and rude. Do not go here. Nurses are rude. On two occasions there were kids playing in the office where staff were working. Switching to another doctor and they are wanting to charge me $23.00 plus $1.00 for every page of my medical records if I go pick them up. Unbelievable. ...read more
