I've used Palazzo Cleaners for 2 months and everything looked ok. But last time, I asked to clean spot on kid's shirt. They couldn't cleaned the spot, but ask to pay for that $6.87!!! That's rip-off! I bought it for this price! Also when I asked about too high price for too small shirt, asked to look the price list, there is no price list, no website. The price came from their heads...
