Pinnacle Bell Centre is in a great location. Walking distance to tons of shopping, dining & entertainment. So if you don't spend much time at home, it's great. The units ROAST in the summer, and smell if you're near the Melting Pot end of the building. The staff is rude, and the late payment policy is infuriating (we paid on the 4th after being told the 5th was the last day without penalty at lease signing, and were charged $100 and had to provide a cashiers check, did not just cash our check.) There's also a frustrating shortgage of elevators, which doesn;t sound so bad, until you wait everyday, and end up taking the stairs half the time, and when someone's moving, forget it.... ...read more
