Doug and Alex alike were very courteous and accommodating during several recent trips to their store in Bellevue.\t\n\t\nThey had great pieces that I've not seen elsewhere that were very reasonably priced. They have a wide variety of estate jewelry and I found a pretty hard-to-find silver toast stand that I had my eye on but it was sold before I returned to the store. \t\n\t\nI love these stands and actively seek them out, particularly in silver. First off they are not friendly at all. Not even a hello when I walked through the door, just a "can I help you" and not a single smile from either worker the entire time I was there. They offered me $90 for 2 pieces of jewelry, 1 ring and 1 bracelet that I paid about $1400 total. Both pieces had diamonds about .30 - .50 caret each, 14k, were less than 5 years old , barely worn, and super shiny with few scratches. What a joke when they offered me $90. Now I understand they are in buissness and I wasnt expecting to even get half of my money back but how do you go from $1400 to $90 seriously. And if your little for jewelry to buy I wouldnt go here either. I looked around while waiting and their jewelry is ugly.
