This particular UPS store has the worst customer service of just about anyplace I have been. I have been there 4 times, and walked away w/o mailing my package 3 of those time. One time it was because they refused to take my package because it was after the pickup. The other two times it was because I had a prepaid return merchandise package that just needed to be taped up and they refused to tape the package, so I walked out when went someplace else that would.
