I purchased two halogen bulbs to replace in my 2002 Subaru Forester last October. One burned out in March, and so I contacted the vendor. They directed me to Vision X, the manufacturer. They directed me to send in the completed "warranty" slip, the original invoice, and a check for $10.99 for "shipping and handling", which is essentially the cost of the bulb!! What kind of warranty is this?!! What is the point of a warranty if you have to buy the bulb again? I called the company last week, but there has been no response. Terrible customer service!
