John is the owner of both Acme Forge and Spiral Stairs Seattle.He is out of Auburn WA and i wanted to buy locally but i soon found out his work as a welder is very unprofessional. the stairs were poorly constructed and very poor craftsmanship. I would never recommend his work. he also was 3-4 weeks late with finishing and i thought that meant he as doing a great job (taking his time)but when stairs arrived it looked like a child welded it together!! I brought my 2013 Beetle TDI convertible in for its 10,000 mile maintenance a little early due to a long trip in a week. I also had a concern about my driver's side back window not staying up. Both my service and my concerns were handled expertly and quickly. They have the most comfortable waiting areas with 3 HD televisions, free wi-fi, cookies, and coffee. Veterans Day
This Friday, 11 November, is Veterans Day. This is a day meant for honoring ALL who have served in the Armed Forces. Foreign Income and Financial Accounts
Do you have bank or securities accounts in other countries? Do you receive income from these accounts? You must declare the income on your federal and state income tax returns. But you already knew that, right? What many people don't realize is that they may also have to file a FinCEN 114 form with the Treasury Department. If the total value of your foreign accounts exceeded $10,000 at any time during the year then this form is required. It is due by 30 June 2015, no extensions are allowed, and it must be filed electronically. It needs to be emphasized that FinCEN 114 is strictly an informational return and does not result in any additional tax payments! Penalties for failing to file, however, can be severe. Many tax preparers are not prepared to deal with FinCEN 114 or its cousin, Form 8938, which might be required with your federal income tax return.
