I am very disappointed in the attitude of the main employee who works in the office. She is VERY rude and condescending and she should NOT be working in a customer service oriented position. If it weren't for her, the place is fine. I had stuff stored at the facility for a long time previously and she didn't work there yet. Back then it was all great but since she got hired on a few years ago it's an absolute nightmare.
