As far as equipment, Stay Home Monitoring uses state of the art equipment manufactured by BI, Inc. The equipment is always checked before it is assigned to a client. Once at the residence, we can't be responsible for what you do to it. As far as rude staff, perhaps you asked the question incorrectly, like why you got written up for having a program violation, positive alcohol reading, or unauthorized leave. The staff is always ready to answer your questions. If you have an issue you may contact Steve Hopkins, the president, and he will be happy to address any concern you may have, rather than resorting to an anonymous posting of a review to try to trash the business.
