I haven"t visited the cafe yet, however my office manager has ordered us lunch several times. The meal was delivered with a great,casual presentation. The sandwiches were big and delicious. The food was the same but after we were first told it woould be 30-40 minutes for our phone order, we arrived to get our order in 40 minutes, the counter person went in the back and told us it would bbe another 30 minutes. After waiting over 40 minutes, we asker her about our order to be told they hadn't started it. I aslked for our money back and one of the chefs came out of the back and produced the wrong order which they had been told even though my daughter repeated our order on the phone three times and had it read back to her. They finally made our order but there was no offer to reduce the price although I did state we should not have to pay.
