About Westminster, VT
The village of Westminster is located in Windham County, Vermont. Major attractions include the Westminster Historical Society Museum, where you will find items of local history such as Revolutionary artifacts; local household and farm items; post office, church, and courthouse artifacts and some genealogy materials and the nearby, historic Eureka Schoolhouse, which was reconstructed in the late 1960s and decorated to look as it did during the 18th century. One of the best places to visit when you are here is 756-acre Jamaica State Park, located within 20 miles of Westminster on the West River and with recreational activities such as swimming, fishing, canoeing, hiking and camping.
