Terrible experience with this company. I responded to an email advertisement offering "Fall Boot Blowout - Save 20% Today!" I navigated to the website, selected a pair of boots advertised at $318.95, and entered the coupon for the advertised discount. The sale price was $255.16. I paid with Paypal, and received an order confirmation of the sale with the applied discount. The next day I received an email from 'Becky' stating that I owed another $63.79 if I wanted the boots. Confused, I went back to the store website and they had changed the price of the boot to $399. I asked the store to honor the original purchase price and they refused. ...read more
