Completely helpful, knowledgeable, sterile and good quality! I got my daughter pierced here and the manager helped with the process. She also advised me to get a warranty on the piercing. Thank goodness I did! Within 3 weeks, my daughter woke up one morning with her earring out. I was unable to put the earring back in.
