Instead of "Not Your Typical Bank" their slogan should be not a business friendly bank. I spent nearly 10 years with this bank. Asked for overdraft protection only to get turned down for a mere $1,000. We tried to get one account to backup a business account only to be told it didn't work that way. We created up for the threshold notification alert, tested it and it failed. We were told "Just because you tested it and it worked doesn't mean it is enabled." Only one person in oure business could see ourbusiness account online because online one login opened the account. Accounts weren't linked even after completing the paperwork to make it happen. Met with a lender to inquire about a line of credit only to be told we don't do that for your type of business. The lender even recommended credit union because Citizen's regulations were too strick. Bottom line. If you are a business, run screaming from this bank. Check the rates and services at a credit union. You will be glad you did. Run!! ...read more
