They not only have low rates, they don't have BS fees. A couple places I went to had loan programs that wanted an application fee AND an appraisal fee. A couple of other places wanted something called a commitment fee BEFORE I closed. The mortgage loan programs Home & Loan offered us didn't have these. ...read more
