Awesome Service

First time experience today. We are from Boston/Providence and have 5 Volvo's in our family. Had my wife's XC70 fuel pump replaced under warranty. I am not easily impressed, however, I was impressed today. Volvo of Tucson's staff followed my instructions to the letter, performing only the necessary repairs. No hassles, no misunderstandings. First class operation in the Volvo tradition. A special thanks to Jade who made sure I was satisfied.
