Noticed serious problem during routine maintenance, and immediately brought the problem to my attention. Fixed it within 24 hours, and even gave me a break on the price. I felt like they were being honest with me, which is not what you get at most shops, and they are obviously knowledgable and passionate about Volkswagons and other German vehicles. Will always take my Passat back to them, feel like she's in much better hands than at other shops, including dealerships.

Hands Down, this place is GREAT!
After going to two shops, and turned down by others, no one could install a court ordered Interlock device to my car.
I have a 2009 VW GTI, and the car is extremely difficult to equip with the device.
Without any hesitation Dave (GM) said bring it in. They took one look and said they could do it. Unlike the other places that cut wires, and didn’t put the car back together right, and didn’t even install the device.
In 4 hours time they pulled the car apart, and installed the device, put the car together like new. Most of all they stuck to the $200 they quoted up front! I was amazed!
These guys know VW, inside and out! They are dedicated, and honest, and easy to work with!
There isn’t one bad thing to say about this place! You got to try them.
