We realize there have been virtual tour providers in the Triangle for years. I’ve been asked several times how we expect to be able to compete with those providers who are already well-known in the community. To put it simply, we don’t focus on competition, we focus on offering the most innovative marketing solutions to real estate agents and other professionals. Video is becoming the new medium for marketing online, and we want area professionals to be on the cutting edge of their industries! Our HD® video-based virtual tours offer a unique and more true-to-life presentation of any property or item, allowing viewers to see true depth, dimension and detail. Traditional virtual tours (which are usually a series of images stitched together to form a panorama and then animated using a video application such as Java) can often warp or distort the image or scene being viewed, so that viewers cannot get a clear understanding of size or dimension within a room or area. Photos can also be edited to appear brighter and more colorful, and to conceal impurities or damage. When a viewer clicks on a hotspot, they’ll be able to view property information, additional photos or in many cases, even more through your property to the next room!

Virtual Sidekick is pleased to offer measurements and 2D & 3D floor plans as an add-on to any virtual tour!
