This place is awful. Dealing not only with the sales rep, another sales rep, the CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER, and even she did not take down the information or provide any feedback. This is all over them not getting us parts that were part of the sales purchase agreement....it has been horrific. The parts cost about $900.... They tried to convince me that the two parts we wanted were not included on the receipt....but we had a copy, THEN they tried to tell my the new 2014 version was not compatible which is NOT true because we called Toyota directly.......still waiting and I would warn others away. There are three other Toyota dealerships in the area....go there. ...read more
