I had the privilege of working with Erick, Patty and Peggy while recently buying a home of my own. I can't say enough good things about these folks. They get one start because there's no selection for zero. They filed bankruptcy with EQUITY HOMES, changed their name to Equity Signature Homes. Same people, same terrible customer service and same lousy workmanship. I have ten homes in my community that can attest to the worst experiences with EQUITY.
