On 2/17/2011 I placed an order at store 496 (1941 Daniel Stuart Square, Woodbride, VA) to be delivered at my sister's house in Woodbridge. I tracked the order online 2 days later and it said the order had been delivered. However, I talked to my sister and she said she never received it. I contacted the store at 9AM on 2/19 and was told "to call back at 3PM". I called back at 2 PM and was told there was a mistake and they would deliver it later the same day (Saturday). I checked with my sister later that everning and she told me she stayed home all day and the order never came. I talked to her around noon on Sunday (2/20/2011) and discovered he had just found the order laying on the front porch. One of her neighbors noticed the delivery truck came by the evening before and obviously left the order at her front porch without calling her on the phone or even riginng her door bells.
