The store was supposed to open at 11am on Sunday. We waited at the door and at 11:15am a lady came out and stated that she was waiting on another employee to arrive. At 11:30 the other employee arrived giggling with no apologies! We went in to return some placemats and since they were purchased with cash they wouldn't refund with cash, because their drawer has to stay 100.00 at all times. The employees were rude and not concerned about the business they lost from not opening on time. I would not shop here or recommend this store to anyone!!! ...read more

I amso sad to see Mikasa leaving the Williamsburg Prime Outlets. I have been shopping there for years and have always worked with Chelsea. She is spectacular! They are closing at the end of the year and I will deffinatley be there to shop the great sales till the end. ...read more
