I read these reviews and was excited to find a good spa. Well these are obvisely old because for one I called because I got lost and the girl that answered the phone didnt even know where they were at. I get there had to wait a half hour and the hairdressers I was seeing had two older women he was taking care of. He slide me in and was talking on the phone, taking care of the other women. Poor planning took about an hour and it wasnt because he was taking care of me. Then charged me 55 and I could of got a better haircut from The Haircuttery which I will continue to go to. I am from Ricmond and my mother is a hair stylist. I had only gotten my hair cut by one other person, and they were in Italy. For that reason the name of this salon peaqued my interest. I was aprehensive because of how picky I am, but Isabel made me feel instantly at ease. She was objective but was not afraid to offer alternate suggestions based on my hair type, which I apprecaite.
