Mr Monroe is incompetent,inconsistent,inconsiderate and lies to his clients, He will tell you that he will have your case settled in a few days or will have paper work ready and sent off in a few days and when your try to contact him by phone or text message, he will not answer you and when he does he always has an excuse why the work was not done and even attempts to blame the client by suggesting that he did not receive paperwork from the client even when the client has prove that he has received it.
