I have been a client of Pam's at UPS Store since it's opening. I have used shipping and duplicating services and will be a lifetime customer. On 1 occasion, I was in a terrible bind when a printer I had contracted did not deliver as I needed. I walked in the store and asked Pam if she could help. She stayed late, very late to work with me to get the job setup and completed which I know was not the plan for her evening.
