This is one of the worst company I have ever dealt with, I called yesterday to make an appointment for the next day. They gave me the time frame from 8 AM to 12 PM. They never showed up by 12 PM. I called and talked to the Manager and she stated that they couldn't make it at that time because they are 3 hours away. WHY GIVE ME A TIME FRAME THAT YOU CAN'T KEEP. 100% packet loss, and latency off the charts: they rarely call back, and just seem not to care. The supervisor suggested that I go for a higher tier service to compensate for slow service. Why would I pay more for bad service? The recent bandwidth upgrade has not made a dent in the delays we experience. We need decent service for our business.
