One start because you cannot go lower!Do not have your car serviced here! Chances are that you'll be overcharged for repairs that you may or may not need and then the staff will point the finger at each other insisting that you had authorized the repair work. Carrying a complaint/concern/issue to the regional manager might get a courtesy call assuring you he is taking "appropriate action" but beyond that he is just a bobbing head, who will not return future phone calls to you. Do NOT take your car here! We took one in for a $400 radiator issue and they blew the engine and then refused to even talk to us about it. The repairs ended up costing 10 times what it was supposed to be originally and took weeks to figure out. The people here are liars or they just don't know what the heck they are talking about. Either way they destroy perfectly good vehicles and then won't own up to it. ...read more
