first thing...people are just mad because they were caught disobeying the hoa rules. parking...we ask that residents follow state and local laws and they dont. they think they are above following the rules in the community....they are sadly mistaken. the hoa is cracking down on their residents and making them follow the rules. if you cant follow the rules...move! there are plenty of good people that will follow the rues and we welcome them with open arms. and to comment on the hours....BOARD MEMBERS VOLUNTEER...therefore the hours for parking are to help the residents after work....if you want to miss a day of work...do not use the hoa as your excuse! ...read more

It's not about anything but the parking. I live there and therefore I cannot park on my parking as they wouldn't give a perm pass for someone that lives there. Asking to change my vehicle registration address as my lease does not matter because it is not legal enough document to get a parking pass. Don't even mention their hours...I wouldn't have lived lived here if I did know about this.This is a very bad business practice and very rude people and terrible overall.
