First the name family restaurant is misleading. This is a hot spot for construction workers. There are always vulgar conversations and gestures. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!! The lunch and dinner menu is a joke. There is a limited selection and meats are consistently served undercooked. The sweet tea is not sweet and the sodas are warm and canned. The water often has debris floating in it and the taste of the coffee reflects there lingering tap water problems. The service is terrible. The wait staff would rather discuss weekend plans than serve guests. The owner is lazy and has no real job or life so she sits at the counter harasssing the customers and staff. If you ask for extra (napkins, sugar, salt, etc.) the staff is reluctant to give you any and are very slow about it. The problem is the owner. She is unwilling to put in the work and materials required to create a successful restaurant environment. This restaurant would be successful with new staff and management. STAY AWAY!!! ...read more
