Without going into too much detail, they will essentially do the old bait and switch on you. They'll show you one thing but if you are leaving that thing to have work done on it... don't expect it to be the same thing you actually looked at. And if you think they will try to make it "right" by giving you something else they'll ask for more money or make other excuses. By the way did I mention they have a no refund policy? We ordered a pretty expensive ring for our daughter almost 2 weeks before Christmas. We were promised it would be ready in 7 days. Upon arriving at the store (9 days later, giving them 2 additional days) to pick up the ring, they realized that they forgot to make it. As this was intended to be a Christmas gift, we asked for our money back to buy another ring elsewhere. At that moment the manager had us look at our receipt and stated "No refunds". Do Not Shop Here! I purchased a pink sapphire/diamond ring on December 22, 2010, only to have a small diamond fall out less than 30 days after the purchase. Although I did not buy the "diamond replacement program", I thought that my request to exchange the ring for the same ring, or have the store replace the tiny diamond because of the short time that I had the ring.....WRONG! I was coldly told that since I did not buy the replacement program, I would have to come out of pocket and pay more money to replace it myself, even though I only had the ring for 28 days and was most likely defective or poorly made! When I asked for the manager, he was mysteriously gone! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Once they get your money, they don't know you anymore!
