We have worked with DesignB Studios and Brian Reynolds on three website and marketing projects now over the past several years. The first, Brian was recommended for my US Senate run and he designed, maintained and marketed not only our website and databases yet essentially became our online marketing director. Thereafter and presently for One Generation Away, our public policy site http://www.onegen.org where he handles our weekly updates, SEO and email blasts. Now, the the Roots of Liberty website is nearly out of the design phase and will be a very comprehensive nationwide project. SEO stands for search engine optimization. There are so many so called experts in SEO but most don't have a clue as to what actually works to get you site ranked well and positioned well on the major search engines. First and foremost you have to index your site. Second you have to create and submit and xml sitemap to the search engines. Third your site's home page content must be in line with you keywords and content for the first 200 words that the search engine robots (serps) will read. These are the must-do basics and frankly, especially the last one, is much harder than it reads here.
