4/26/2009 6:35 am I called the company the evening before to arrange for an early morning pickup and confirmed with the dispatcher. Five minutes before my pick up, I called the company to confirm a driver was coming. The phone rang for over five minutes and still no one answered when I hung up. Although I continued to call and listened to the phone ring over and over, I gave the driver until 10 minutes after the hour before I called another company. By the time someone answered the phone, the new taxi arrived at my home. I asked what happened to my driver, and I was told that my call had been out for dispatch for over 45 minutes and there wasnt a driver available. When I asked why the company didnt call me to tell me this, I got no response. I was almost late for my flight due to this company's irresponsibility. I will not use them again, and when I expressed this to the dispatcher, he did not seem to be too concerned. ...read more
