We bought a house listed with this office. The brother of the listing agent "flipped" the house we bought. The sewer is collapsed and they knew this. The contractor we spoke with told us he told them it all needed to be replaced, but he was told to only replace a portion of the pipe. They only replaced part of the sewer so they could state on the listing that the sewer had been replaced. One would assume if a listing said "sewer replaced" it would be the part of the sewer that needed replacing, and there would be no further issues. We are now going to have to pay close to $7000 to fix the sewer within weeks of moving in. The transaction was very deceitful. ...read more
