I have been eating at Hardees for several years now. When you changed your burgers I stopped eating lunch there but I love your breakfast foods. This particular Hardees though has been going downhill in my book for a while now. The last two times I went through the drive through. The 1st time the service was slow and not very good as far as attitude, My order was wrong when I got to work also. This last time attitude was not good but the food was worse. Pork Chop and Gravy bisquit, chop was extra crispy, (burnt) and the sandwich was flattened. I have worked for the public for over 30 years now and had to deal with customer service and I would never do this to a customer. ...read more
