I wouldnt even give this a 1. On 12/17/10 at 930am I went into this store in Tanglewood Mall to purchase my 4 yr old shoes for her Christmas Program at school. I used my visa the computer was down and would not except it. So I told the clerk that I would return with cash later that evening. A hour later I checked my banking acct to my surprise the transaction at PL had went through for $10.49. I immediately called the store and the clerk told me to come back. When I returned there was a man at the counter counting his money in his wallet. I told him what had happened and showed him my back statment. He dials an 800# for me blows me off and leaves the store. The person from the 800# tells me to go to my bank and dispute the charge. I walked out of the store with NO shoes and NO refund. The clerk stated that she was sorry but that was her boss and she had to follow his orders!!! I will not EVER step in that store again. That is bad BUSINESS! ...read more
