I know where I'm going to go from now on because I've never had massage therapy like this before, and I could tell she cared. I really needed several areas worked on, and I could tell that she was putting her heart into the massage as she worked on all of them for me. For the very thorough attention and detail I felt her apply to my issues, she really could have charged me a lot more considering what I've been used to. Terrible customer service, flawed risk advice, did not take the time to really understand my business needs and requirements even though I sent them in several times. My business also looked into their tenant insurance programs, however be wary! The coverage they offered was not sufficient for the leasing company!
