I am currently being taken to court for something with the home I had to give back to the bank, working crazy long hours at work, I missed my court time by a few hours. I called the law group and spoke to the lady who was handling the case. I said I believed that what they were asking was not correct from the creditors, but I did want to settle the account, so the lady said she would send me out a payment plan that would have a few different payment options for me to look over. I've got so much bad to say from our bad experience with him, that it would exceed the number limit. Go to this site topix. com and read most of the comments and take them seriously because the negative ones are ALL true.
