I called this company to rekey some locks at my house. They quoted me one price, but when they came out they wanted to charge me double. When I told them no they insisted on a $35 fee, which was never discussed. The individual they sent out arrived in an unmarked car that and had no id. He was not very well put together. When I called the office afterwards they did not seem interested in a resolution. In my opinion the were very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company. ...read more

They also installed it and I am very happy with the service and the price I received. Paul and Son Locksmith gave me a price estimate before starting any work. I didn't feel safe with the lock that came with my new apartment. I called several locksmiths that I found on Google. To be honest, most of them sound a bit shady. Some of them had a really bad attitude on the phone. The phone operator for this locksmith was actually very nice, understanding and knowledgeable. She scheduled an appointment for me with a locksmith. When he arrived, on time, he brought several models and made a very professional presentation.
