We drove 70 miles to get to this hell hole. We walk in and both staff ignored us. We asked to sample a flavor and was told we couldn't since they didn't have any sample batteries ..... Stating that ppl walk off with them. Even producing my own battery from my pocket they still refused. I am not paying 18 bucks for something I cant taste. As we were walking out 2 black guys came in and they were greeted with smiles. driving out of the parking lot you can see them sampling the vapors. Un freak in Real. I had a problem with a battery out of an almost $100 kit , I had recently bought .Don't know the guy's name , but both the man and the woman employee started yelling at me.I said why are you yelling at me ? I didn't yell at them... Been going to the shop for quite some time and it will be the last time.There are so many places on facebook you can get much better juice for a 1/3rd of the price. I have informed a lot of the people that go about what happened and they are now going online as well.. Stay away !!! I don't know why Jimmy the owner got rid of the original employees , they were great and knew pretty much all you needed to know about vaping.. The new staff i don't know if it's family or what but they are horrible , The tall young black male is the worst.. Very rude when asked questions if he can even answer any of them.. It's a pretty awkward experience now..No refunds on faulty equipment and just horrible service , Jimmy is a nice guy , but your better off finding a good vape shop on facebook , the offer much better deals and customer service.. They offer what most places do not. Give them a call, they are always happy to help and answer questions. They have employees that are knowledgeable. Most anything can be special ordered. Plus they offer local delivery at a $3 charge. They also deliver to Norfolk and DC for $10. You cannot beat it. Very nice people but, from my point of view, very unprofessional work. The brass item i took in for polishing and lacquer was a semi valuable collectors item. I was hoping to refinish it and sell it. The process of removing tarnish and imperfections left, in their place, a patina of scratches, covering the entire piece and ultimately making it worthless for resale. The lacquering process was inept with several drips and original tarnish coming through after only several days. Upon returning the item, my concerns were met with excuses and not even a hint of desire to make the situation right—in even the smallest way. Pointing out the defaults elicited a "yes I did see those" (before you picked it up). This shop is probably fine if you have something that just needs to get shined and you don't care about the details. Owner and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have several models and flavors to choose from. Initially, we tried to replicate the menthol tobacco flavor until we tried some of the fruity and vanilla ones. They have even made some custom nicotine levels for us in the flavors they carry.
