STAY FAR, FAR AWAY from Rick Curry and his idea of "property management". This unethical landlord rented an apartment right out from under my daughter and her roommate after we had been talking with him, emailing with him and meeting with him for at least three months. I told him straight up WE WANT THIS APARTMENT and he knew we had stopped looking. We had a verbal agreement and were set to sign when he sent us a lease with the WRONG NAMES on it . When I requested that a legal document that obligated me to pay him thousands of dollars over a year's time at least contain the correct names he said he'd "have to speak to his lawyer" about that . Say what?!? My daughter's roommate and her parents drove down to Richmond from Manassas to see the place before signing and he had another girl come in and sign a lease for THEIR apartment while the roommate and her parents were standing there.
