Dr. Mohamed Ahmed (Happy Smiles)

I went to Happy Smiles when I was in middle school, early-mid 2000's, and had a good time with the dentist that I saw there who did my very first root canal (I don't remember who I saw at that time). I was then switched over to Dr. Ahmed for braces, and it is something my mom and I regret even now (I'm now almost 21). I had braces put on, brackets kept popping off (no matter what I ate, and I was reprimanded and told that I was obviously eating things I didn't need to eat), and the braces ate away at the enamel of my teeth. I got the braces off a year later and I had to have 3 root canals done IMMEDIATELY after getting them off. Dr. Ahmed told my mom that he would have the root canals done before my insurance ran out...he didn't. I walked around for years with 2 done and 1 root canal halfway finished. He drilled to fill cavities and to make my teeth into posts for the root canals with NO Novocaine. Years later, I'm STILL having a TON of work done to fix what he did to my mouth! ...read more
